Question 1

Do I have to subscribe, and will anything renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Nikoaiart does not run subscriptions, so nothing renews on its own and there is no plan to remember to cancel. You pay once for what you want, and the next charge only ever happens when you decide to buy again.

Question 2

What is the difference between a one-time purchase and buying credits on their own?

Accepted Answer

A one-time purchase is the straightforward way in: you pay once and receive the credits attached to that option. Buying credits separately exists for the moment you are mid-project and simply need more, without repeating a larger purchase you do not need yet. Both put credits into the same balance.

Question 3

How are credits actually spent?

Accepted Answer

Credits are consumed per generation, and the cost depends on what you are asking for rather than on which page you started from. Longer clips, higher resolutions, and heavier video work draw more than a single still image. The exact cost of a job is shown before you confirm it, so you are never guessing after the fact.

Question 4

Can I use the same credits across video, image, and extension tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is one balance for the whole workspace, not a separate wallet per feature. You can generate an image, animate it, and extend the result without buying anything specific to each step.

Question 5

Do my credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Credits sit in your account rather than resetting on a monthly cycle, which is the main reason people prefer this model to a subscription. If any validity window applies to a particular purchase, it is stated on the checkout page before payment, so check there rather than assuming either way.

Question 6

What happens if a generation fails or the result is unusable?

Accepted Answer

A job that genuinely fails on our side should not cost you credits, and cases like that are handled through support with the job reference from your history. A render that completes but does not match your intent is a different situation, since the work was performed; the practical fix is to adjust the prompt or strength and run it again, which is why we show the cost before each confirmation.

Question 7

Does what I create belong to me, and does watermarking depend on what I paid?

Accepted Answer

Work you generate in your account is yours to use, including commercially, provided you hold rights to anything you upload and to anyone depicted. Export conditions, including watermarking, are shown on the download screen for the output in question rather than buried in a plan comparison, so you can confirm before you publish.

Question 8

How do I pay, and what if something goes wrong with a purchase?

Accepted Answer

Checkout runs through a standard secure payment provider, and card details are never stored by Nikoaiart. If a payment is taken but credits do not appear, contact support with the transaction reference and it will be resolved directly; refund eligibility follows the terms shown at checkout, which is the version that governs your purchase.
